Additional information upon purchasing your bundle:

Pre-Orders:

- Pre orders will be shipped out as soon as we receive our products from the warehouse. Production typically takes between 4 - 6 weeks as long as things go accordingly. Upon receiving our products, we will send an email letting everyone who preordered know that their item(s) are on their way.

Estimated shipping time:

- All orders shipped within the US have an estimated arrival time of 3-5 business days.

- All orders shipped outside of the US take an estimated 2-7 weeks to arrive.

Please be sure your address is correct and working!

- Your order is not guaranteed to arrive if your address is incorrect or invalid. We will contact you if theres any issues however if we don't hear back from you we will issue a refund.

If an order is returned back to us:

- We will contact the buyer and they will be asked if they would like their package shipped out again for additional shipping fee. If declined, the buyer will be issued a refund for the item(s) purchased but not for the original shipping fee.

International orders:

- Once an international order has left the premise of the United States we are no longer authorized or able to contact the postal service of other countries. If there is a problem with your international order we will resupply you with your tracking number and do our best to work with you. 

- In the unfortunate circumstance that a package has been lost internationally we will resend you a new package for an additional shipping fee if you desire.

Returns and cancellations:

- We do not accept returns or cancellations although if there's any issues with your order please contact us ([email protected]) with your order number and we will help you resolve the issue.
